Fatima Jinnah Women University(FJWU) Lahore was established in 1998. Fatima Jinnah Women University is located in Rawalpindi, Pakistan. FJWU is a public sector university of Pakistan, chartered by Government of Punjab and recognized by HEC Pakistan.
Women working at the university have made history in more than one way. At the first Women’s University the women are involved in higher education management, and offering courses to bring students to an international level of training. Women institutions from all over the world have been in touch to develop exchange programs of collaboration.
The mission of the Fatima Jinnah Women University is to achieve excellence in teaching, research and modernization at undergraduate and postgraduate level, to enable women students to combine highest righteous standards with a programmatic approach relevant to the Pakistani society.
